Today the topic of our discussion is diabetes which became the most common diseases in our day to day life. Today we will get patient of diabetes in every single place. So, today we will going to discuss about the diseases namely DIABETES, what are the SYMPTOMS of diabetes and the PREVENTION that we have to take for cure of this diseases.

DIABETES
Definition:
Diabetes is a kind of diseases that results in too much sugar level in the blood (high blood glucose).Diabetes is also known as diabetes mellitus.
Under this diseases body of an individual doesn't produce as well as not be able to use properly the insulin that is produced by our body.
TYPES OF DIABETES
- Type 1 diabetes
- Type 2 diabetes
- Gestational diabetes
Type 1 diabetes
Type 1 diabetes is known to be an automatic immune situation or condition which means body's immune system mistakenly attack and destroy the beta cells in pancreas that produce insulin which gives permanent damage.
The attack on cells may prompts due to the genes or genetic or the other way through which it damages is by environmental reasons.
Type 2 diabetes
Type 2 diabetes runs as insulin resistance which means body of an individual can't use insulin effectively or efficiently through which it stimulates our pancreas more insulin until it can no longer keep up with demand. When production of the insulin decreases, it leads to high blood sugar level.
Type 2 diabetes may occurs by some of the factors give below:
- Environmental Reasons
- Health Factors
- Lack of Exercise
- Overweight
- Genetics
Gestational diabetes
Gestational diabetes is that kind of diseases which is only related to pregnancy as this kind of diabetes only occurs during pregnancy. Gestational diabetes only caused because of the insulin blocking harmone produced during pregnancy.
SYMPTOMS OF DIABETES
As we can see the symptoms of diabetes follow:
- Frequent Urination
- Excessive Thirst
- Increased Hunger
- Weight Loss
- Tiredness
- Lack of Interest and Concentration
- Numbness in the hands or feet
- Blurred Vision
- Frequent Infections
PREVENTION/CURE
WAYS TO PREVENT:
1. CUT SUGAR FROM YOUR DIET:
Consuming sweets or eating food containing sugar put your body in risk and moves you towards diabetes.
Individual body breaks down food containing sugar into small sugar molecules which are absorbed by your blood.
Therefore, the outcome of this will rise in blood sugar level which stimulates your pancreas to produce INSULIN ( INSULIN here refers to harmone which help sugar get out of the bloodstream and into our body cells.
2. WORKOUT REGULARLY:
Physical fitness is one of the important duty of our body to do in our daily routine as performing physical activities or workout on a regular basis help us to stay fit n fine and also help us to prevent many diseases.
Workout or exercise increases the immunity or makes body's immune system better as well as it increases the insulin sensitivity of our cells.
So, because of exercise we can keep our blood sugar level under control.
3. DRINK WATER:
Water is the most natural beverage we can consume.
Water help us to avoid beverages which contains high sugar, preservatives and other ingredients.
4. LOSE OVERWEIGHT:
Overweight is one of the major factor or invitation to many diseases so by lose overweight we can prevent from many diseases.
Overweight means excess in fat and excess fat promotes inflammation and insulin resistance, which increases the risk of diabetes.
5. EAT A HIGH FIBRE DIET:
Eating food contain more fibers or consume plenty of fibres is profitable for great health and body management.
Under the digestive tract, soluble fibre and water form a gel that slow down the rate through which food is absorbed and which help in keep the sugar level under control.
6. CONSUMPTION OF NATURAL HERBS:
Some natural herbs that help in increasing insulin sensitivity and reduce the blood sugar level are follow:
- Curcumin
- Berberine
